Από τη σχολική χρονιά 2018-2019, η Ιφιγένεια Ιωάννου, εκτός από παραδοσιακό τραγούδι, θα διδάσκει και κανονάκι.
Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερα όμορφο και σπουδαίας σημασίας μουσικό όργανο, το οποίο αποδεικνύεται πολύ χρήσιμο για την εκμάθηση της Βυζαντινής μουσικής. Το μαγικό ηχόχρωμά του και οι ποικίλες δυνατότητές του, ενίσχυσαν την εξάπλωσή του μέχρι τη σύγχρονη εποχή, ντύνοντας τις μουσικές όλου του κόσμου.
Για τους νέους σπουδαστές θα υπάρξει έκπτωση 20%, τόσο στο παραδοσιακό τραγούδι όσο και στο κανονάκι, και δωρεάν εγγραφή.
